Minitech Micromilling Machine Our micromilling machine can produce features down to 25 micrometers with 1 micrometer precision. We have experience machining plastics, aluminum, and copper.
First Ten Angstroms Goniometer Our goniometer machine can measure the contact angle and surface tension of water droplets.
Ultra-Violet Ozone Cleaner (UVO) The UVOTECH ProCleaner is capable of many applications such as substrate cleaning, photoresist stripping and descumming, improving wettability surface modification, and UV curing. The ProCleaner has a drawer volume of 25 cu. in. (5" x 5" x 1") and operation is simply closing the drawer and setting the timer.
High Temperature Mechanical Convection Oven with RS-422 Interface This is a 56.62 liter capacity forced convection oven. It has a temperature accuracy of 5°C above room temperature to 300°C. Air exchange rate can be adjusted continuously from 0% to 100%. The inner chamber is constructed of 304 stainless steel and features rounded edges and internally welded seams for easy cleaning. The specially developed two-point door-lock mechanism ensures a secure seal, even at the highest temperatures. This oven features a microprocessor PID controller, digital timer, one ramp function, and a LED temperature/time display. Increased air circulation is available through the use of digitally adjustable air turbine. This oven also features an RS-422 interface port for APT-COMr communication software, to satisfy GLP and GMP documentation requirements.
